How does infoRouter store documents?
All infoRouter documents are stored on the file system.
infoRouter stores all documents in its warehouse. The warehouse folder does not have to
be shared. All versions and some meta information related to the document are all stored in the warehouse
in the original file format without requiring any conversions.
Matching information for all documents are also kept in the database. The information kept in the database include:
- Security information
- META Data (Custom Properties)
- Folder information
- Library information
- Author, Last Publisher, Owner
- Version information
- Workflow information
