infoRouter hot folders is a service that runs in the background to watch file system folders.
The preconfigured source and target folders are watched and populated by this unattended process.
Scanned documents can optionally be co nverted to PDF on their way into infoRouter.
Common usage scenarios for infoRouter Hot Folders
- FTP folders
- Incoming fax folders
- File system folders where other system processes create/output documents
- Folders used to output scanned documents
