GetUser
Returns the properties of the specified user.
Syntax

                        ByVal UserName As String) As System.Xml.XmlDocument
Parameters

AuthenticationTicket

infoRouter Authentication Ticket

User Name

The UserName of the User to be retrieved
Return Value
returns xml fragment.
<response success="true" error="">
if success attribute is "true", the user properties have been retrieved successfully.
if success attribute is "false", the error attribute indicates the encountered error.
The sub nodes return complete user information.
Remarks
The caller must be the system administrator or a domain manager of the domain in which the user is a local member.
