GetFolder
Returns the properties of the folder in the specified path.

                          ByVal withPropertySets As Boolean, _
                          ByVal withSecurity As Boolean, _
                          ByVal withOwner As Boolean) As System.Xml.XmlDocument
Parameters

AuthenticationTicket

infoRouter Authentication Ticket

Path

An infoRouter folder path

WithRules

to get folder rules with the results

withPropertySets

to get property sets with the results

withSecurity

to get access list with the results

withOwner

to get owner information of the folder with the results
Return Value
returns xml fragment.
<response success="true" error="">
if success attribute is "true", the folder properties has been retrived successfully.
if success attribute is "false", the error attribute indicates the encountered error.
The Sub nodes returns folder and it's properties
Remarks
The caller must have at least "List" right on the folder.
