When authors submit their document for review, infoRouter creates a "Review Task" for each of the reviewers in first step of the flow.

These reviewers are notified with a "Task Notification" email.

An entry into the reviewers task list is also made.

Reviewers may view a complete list of their tasks by clicking on the "My Tasks" link found in their Personal Dashboards.

To review a document, perform the following:
  1. Navigate to your Personal Dashboard.
  2. Click on "My Tasks" to display your tasks.
  3. The tasks window will display a list of tasks you have been assigned
  4. To change or complete a task, simply click on the "Edit Task" link.
  5. Click on the document link to read the document and submit your vote by setting a status.
