infoRouter supports on screen status notifications as well as SMTP email notifications. Email notifications are sent to subscribers of documents and folders when changes to documents occur. They are also sent to reviewers and authors using the document review feature. As of Version 7.0, this feature has been enhanced to include a subscription preference window that allows users to specify the specific events to which they wish to subscribe. |
