Library policies determine which action can be performed and by whom in the Library. Each policy can be tied to a person(role) such as the Library Manager, the system administrator or users with a certain minimum right. An important point to consider is the if someone with "Read" permissions is allowed to perform an action, all permissions that are higher (Change, Full Control etc) can automatically perform the action.

Notice that alongside each Library Policy there may be a check box to indicate "Audit Logging". When checked, infoRouter will begin to log the selected event. These events can then be reached from bot the "Audit Logs" link under the "Folder Properties" window as well as the "Audit Logs" window located in the control panel. The logs located in the control panel display the logs for the entire system.
