Click on the "Control Panel" link.

Click on the "Custom Properties" link.

Click on the "New Custom Property" menu item.

Enter the Name and Caption for the property set you wish to create. Please make
sure not to use spaces or special characters.

Check the appropriate boxes that determine where the custom property applies.

Select the appropriate check boxes to specify if this new custom property
applies to "Documents", "Folders" and "Users".

Select the library in which you wish to activate this new custom property. If
you wish to make the custom property available in all libraries, select the
"Global - No restriction" (default option) option.

Click "Ok" to create the custom property header.

The "Custom Property Fields" window will appear.

Create the fields to be prompted when this set is selected.

You may define four types of fields:

Text Box
-
Combo Box
-
Radio Button
-
Check Box
Notice that if you select a "Combo Box" prompt type, an "Options" button will
appear. You must create a list of options that a user will be able to pick. To
do this, click on the options button and enter all the possible options.

Repeat the process until all fields are defined.
