infoRouter portal gadgets are components that make up a portal.
These components are built into infoRouter.

The available Gadgets are:


Checked-out Documents

This gadget displays the list of documents checked out to the logged in user. This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.


Favorites

This gadget displays the list of favorites (folders and documents). This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.


File Content

This gadget will display the content of an infoRouter document. This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.


Folder Content

This gadget will display the list of documents in an infoRouter folder. This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.

Link Farm

This gadget will display a list of static URLs.

Image

This gadget will display an image file included in the "Portal Resources"

My Documents

This gadget will display the list of documents and folders that are owned by the logged in user. This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.


Recent Documents

This gadget will display a list of documents viewed or edited. Depending on its settings, the list can be short or long (Example: Last 10, Last 20 documents). This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.

Search

This gadget displays an interface where the user can perform searches.

Static Text Box

This gadget allows "Portal Administrators" to enter static text that may or may not include images. The content of this text is kept on the portal and is not an infoRouter document. Only portal administrators can edit the content of these gadgets.

Subscriptions

This gadget will display the logged in user’s subscribed documents. This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.

Tasks

This gadget will display the list of assigned tasks for the logged in user. This gadget will not display if the user is not logged in.

Uploader

This gadget allows users to upload documents into infoRouter through the portal interface. Use this gadget in cases where you do not wish to make the document library as an available option to the portal user. The uploaded documents are automatically filed under the specified infoRouter path.

Form Template

This gadget allows users to fill out "Form Templates". The form templates filled are automatically filed under the specified infoRouter path.
