Report Distribution with infoRouter
Report generation and distribution in tight production schedules has been a long standing problem with IT Departments.
IT departments have tried to find ways to make the printing and distribution of such reports an efficient process.
Using the intelligent "Folder Watch" feature of infoRouter, you can create a simple report distribution system in a matter of minutes.
Here is how simple it is:
- Create a folder inside of infoRouter.
- Set the "Source" Property of the folder to a file system folder.
- Click on the "Create Task" button.
- Select from a list of recipients to create your "Distribution List"
- infoRouter will automatically create a task.
- You can schedule this task to run at the desired intervals.
- This task will automatically run at the specified intervals to import the contents of the file system folder.
- Once the import process is complete, infoRouter will notify the "Distribution List".
