infoRouter Document Management Software V8.0 - Knowledge Base Article 136

infoRouter can render PDF documents from HTML documents that were created using the infoRouter Form Templates or the embedded HTML editor.

If the PDF Conversion service has not been configured properly, this error may occur.

Some HTML documents may have complex content that may prevent a successful conversion.

Please read the appropriate documentation related to the PDF Conversion Service to see if you have correctly configured this service.

You may have to re-install the conversion service to make sure you are running the latest version of the program.
