PDF Cover Page Creation Failure.

SYMPTOMS

infoRouter can generate a cover page with document properties for PDF documents.

Cover page templates are stored in the c:\inforouter\config path ("CoverPage.[language].pdf"). This file may be inaccessible or missing.

RESOLUTION

Make sure the files under the c:\inforouter\config path includes a file called "CoverPage.[language].pdf".

If the templates are missing running live update may solve this problem.
