Document not found in warehouse
SYMPTOMS

InfoRouter uses warehouse paths to store document contents and other meta files.
When a document content storage location in a warehouse is inaccessible, corrupted or not found this error will occur.

  • This error may also be raised in cases where there is an inconsistency between the database and the warehouse.
  • Backing up the infoRouter database and the warehouse when the program is online and in use may cause this inconsistency.
  • This inconsistency may also happen if the database and the warehouse is restored from un-matching backup sets.
RESOLUTION

If you think the warehouse path (example P231312) is corrupted or missing you may restore the specific warehouse path from the latest backup.

If this problem occurs right after a warehouse migration or restore operation make sure you restored matching warehouse and database backups. If required restore again.
