infoRouter.CheckDB - (Not a Version 8 database)
SYMPTOMS
infoRouter database connection fails at application startup.
RESOLUTION

This error occurs if you are pointing a to valid but older version of an inforouter database.

Check the IRWEB.DSN file located in the Application Path. (c:\inforouter\irweb.dsn). Open IRWEB.DSN with a text editor such as notepad.

For MYSQL and MS SQLSERVER, make sure that the Database parameter points to a valid infoRouter database.

For ORACLE, make sure that the SERVER parameter points to a valid service for the infoRouter database.
