infoRouter.CheckDB - (Invalid infoRouter Database)

SYMPTOMS

infoRouter database connection fails at application startup.

RESOLUTION

Check the IRWEB.DSN file located in the Application Path. (c:\inforouter\irweb.dsn). Note: Open with a text editor such as Notepad.

For MYSQL and MS SQLSERVER, make sure that the Database parameter points to a valid infoRouter database.

For ORACLE, make sure that the SERVER parameter points to a valid service for the infoRouter database.
