Portals Directory cannot be found or is not accessible
SYMPTOMS
infoRouter stores portal definitions and their resources under the Portals folder which resides in the application path. This error occurs when infoRouter tries to access the portal definitions but cannot access them.
RESOLUTION

Make sure the application path includes the Portals folder and this folderincludes at least one portal definition. If you move or delete this folder, you should put it back in its original location. The setup files include the original portal definitions.



Permission Issues

Make sure that the ASPNET, NETWORK SERVICE or the Impersonated User account has Full Control permissions to this folder and the files in it.
