infoRouter.CheckDB - (Version information cannot be found)
SYMPTOMS
infoRouter database connection fails at application startup.
RESOLUTION

This error occurs when infoRouter tries to connect to a corrupt or invalid inforouter database.

Check the IRWEB.DSN file located in the Application Path. (c:\inforouter\irweb.dsn). Open with the any text editor such notepad.

For MYSQL and MS SQLSERVER, make sure that the Database parameter points to a valid infoRouter database.

For ORACLE, make sure that the SERVER parameter points to a valid service for the infoRouter database.

If this occurs after a new install, you may consider a re-install.
