Content is most commonly generated using popular desktop tools such as word processors and spreadsheets. The downside of this is that the content
is generated in free form which does not conform to any format, rules or style.

easily and accurately compiled and processed. Data captured using forms can be tightly integrated with custom document properties
which allow for easy search and categorization of information.
