Do you offer an upgrade program? Are all upgrades backwards compatible?
Yes. Minor Upgrades are provided using our Live Update feature. Live Update releases address
any known issues or bugs, cosmetic changes, navigational improvements, and minor enhancements.
Major Upgrades usually come in the form of module additions or major enhancements to multiple
sections of infoRouter. Customers who participate in the infoRouter Subscription and Maintenance program receive all upgrades free-of-charge for as
long as they are in good standing.
